This contains the Lscrollbar class for Locana. The Lscrollbar class consists of a scroller button (Lscrollbar_scroller) that scrolls and two small buttons (Lscrollbar_button) on either side to increment/decrement the value in the scrollbar. The Lframe class uses this class to automatically create vertical and horizontal scrollbars as needed. The following events are triggered by the scrollbar:

• :on_scroll - this event is trigger any time the scroller button is moved,

   :value in the event specifies how many units the scrollbar button has
   moved as a percentage relative to the whole.
  

• :on_change - on_scroll raises the on_change event

Features:

• Written in 100% Ruby using only Locana, it is a nice example of how to use Locana.
