• 09/18/2003 - Fixed an issue where scrollbars are were created but not needed.
• 07/12/2003 - Now prepares all objects except the Lframe object which supplies both more methods for preparing the object and overrides several of these methods.
• 5/13/02 added support for using :sticky=:news when there are siblings using :sticky=>:e or :s. This makes sure the objects on the right or bottom border can be seen when there is another object using :sticky=>:news.
• 5/13/02 moved this code from locana.rb into it’s own module to simplify locana.rb and make it easier to see only the code related to positioning objects (empty x,y,w,h) using the :sticky, :before, :after, :above, :below attributes
