The Lframe class contains other Locana objects and supports the Lborder object, Lscrollbars on any border, menubars, popup menus, and will soon support window dressing (title bar that looks and acts like a window). It is based on the Lcontainer class because it can contain other objects. This is class can contain a menubar and scollbars.

• 7/12/2003 - Modified to draw the frame directly into the GUI. Added support for scrollbars to the Lframe object. Added the ability to drop objects into any of the four borders of Lframe objects.
