This is the menu separator. It is based on the Lline class. It is a Lline that you can used to separate items in a menu.

The default is to return 1. Adds a little space above and below the line so it looks better.

skip_object_theme() src

Returns true because menu separators don’t pull from the :object portion of the any theme.
